Always been a good experience

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while due to a move from another city and the fact that my old dentist retired and I hadn’t found the time to find another. I saw a very favourable review of King Street Dental Centre on Yelp and thought I’d give them a try. They were open to new patients and gave me an appointment just a few days after I called, which was great. The office was bright and clean and modern. My hygienist was friendly and professional and educated me on some aspects of dental care that I hadn’t known. The dentist, Dr. Reddy, only popped in briefly to check the X-rays and then hand me back to the hygienist since I didn’t need any repairs, just a cleaning. The office staff quickly and courteously took my payment and scheduled a followup appointment. The only less-than-ideal aspect of the experience was the video screens in the hygienist’s area. I suppose many people would consider it a plus to be able to watch Ellen as they get their teeth cleaned but I just found it distracting. I plan to ask them to turn it off during my next visit since I’d prefer quiet (or good music) to a TV show.
